              ALL tickets must be paid for at the time that the order is placed.
            • ALL ORDERS PAID BY CHECK must be ordered no later than July 5th. If paying by check, please email northwoodsbearfoundation@gmail.com with your names(s), meal choices and the ticket type you are purchasing.

            • ALL ORDERS must by placed by Sunday evening, July 16th. This gives us time to get the meal orders totaled and submitted to the caterers.
